In many situations I experience that due to this necessity executives often have to position themselves clearly in their areas of responsibility in strategic as well as operational processes and change projects and have to cope with these in addition to day-to-day business and management tasks.
In order to avoid friction losses in procedural, entrepreneurial and emotional respects, I accompany my clients intensively in the implementation of change projects. I combine the experiences and work results of the employees with the ideas and experiences from my interim and consulting practice.
