Territorial scope:
Insurance cover exists worldwide, with the exception of claims asserted before the courts of the USA or Canada or based on a violation of the law of these countries. For claims asserted before the courts of the USA or Canada or based on the violation of the law of these states, however, insurance cover exists for liability claims due to

  • Participation in or execution of business trips,
  • Participation in trade fairs, exhibitions or events,
  • Indirect export of products or services to the USA or Canada;

An indirect export is given when the products or services have arrived in the USA or Canada without the policyholder having caused this.

Amount of liability (maximised twice per insurance year):
EUR 250,000.00 for financial losses
EUR 3,000,000.00 for personal injury and property damage (including damage to rented property)
